Her first love was spending time with family. A prolific artist, she also enjoyed reading, golf, bridge, and in travel with her husband for foreign business and pleasure, and spending part of every summer since she was born on the New England shore in Shelter Harbor, RI. He built a home for his family in Hudson, Ohio where he worked hard to support them throughout his lifetime, and was always willing to help those in need in any way he could. He was a operator at the Walton Hills Ford Stamping plant for more than 40 years before he retired in 1998.

Everett was artistic, a creative thinker and had a special affinity for animals. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, gallivanting, collecting things, fixing things, and working with his John Deere tractor. He was known for his generosity of spirit, loving kindness and fine sense of humor. Everett was never a quitter never complaining, and living each day with an optimistic, joyful. attitude, despite life's hardships.

Always ready with a laugh, wink, smile, kindness and an encouraging word, to know him was to love him. KELLER DR. ROGER F. KELLER born in Manchester, passed away at age 89 on Dec. 28, 2011 in Akron, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arline; and his son, John Roger.

He is survived by his children, Nancy (Todd) Kislak of Agoura Hills, and Brian (Connie) Keller of Hudson, grandchildren Heather (Sonny) McClinsey, Michelle and Sarah Kislak, Kendra and Kyle Keller; and great-grandsons, Nicholas Baker and David McClinsey. Roger enlisted in the U.S. Army Oct. 1942, was in the ROTC 3 years at UNH, and was enrolled in OCS in Ft. Knox, April 1944.

He served active duty as a Lieutenant from April 1944 until 1946. He was in the 11th Armored Division in General Patton's 3rd Army during WWII. He received a Purple Heart due to injuries sustained in the Battle of the Bulge. During his time at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., he met the love of his life, his wife Arline. Originally from Milwaukee, Arline served as an occupational therapist at Walter Reed.

Roger received his PhD in Zoology from Michigan State College in 1953. He taught at the University of Akron in the Biology Department until his retirement in 1985. He was a Professor Emeritus of Biology and Professor Emeritus at the Community and Technical College. Roger served on the Board of Trustees at the Akron Zoo for decades He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution in his retirement. He was a charismatic and well-respected professor and dearly loved by his family and friends.

Fennessey in 1941. He graduated from Morristown High School in 1959. He attended Cornell University as an undergraduate, and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. John began his professional career at Bankers Trust in New York, and later became Assistant Treasurer to Executive Vice President at Midland-Ross, a Fortune 500 industrial company based in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1984, he co-founded a private equity firm specializing in manufacturing companies.

In his private life, he was an avid golfer, several times a club champion. His enthusiasm for fishing took him from Maine to Alaska as well as the Arctic and Caribbean, and many points in between. He leaves behind his wife, Karen of Ocean Reef, Key Largo, Florida and two grown children, Scott and Lisa Fennessey of Charlottesville, Virginia.
