It's awful strange that every year once football season starts that I start having cable outages and I don't even have satellite @Ask_Spectrum I got rid of @DIRECTV thinking I was going to get better service but I'm not.

Just got an e-mail from @GetSpectrum (@Ask_Spectrum) saying they’ve made it easier to pay my bill. Paying my bill isn’t the problem! Making the service better is what needs work.

@marcie_c_hardy @GetSpectrum They ripped me off so bad. They kept saying I owed them money and when I would pay it in full. They would say I owed them more a few days later. Every time I called in it was different amount. I know I overpaid at least $300.

@Ask_Spectrum I keep getting an automated call my service has been restored but it hasn’t. I call because the auto call says to and they say it’s not back yet. Have gotten 2 auto calls today saying has been restored. Meanwhile everyone with AT&T has internet.

@Ask_Spectrum We got it straightened out, they just didn't know what i was talking about when mentioning ipv6 since it's not fully rolled out in your network (although your network has been capable of it since 2009 at least but that's beside the point) they confirmed it's not up in my area

@GetSpectrum I just spent over an hour with customer service and nothing got resolved. The first time I was hung up on instead of out on hold. The second time the rep brought another associate on the line but had me muted and then hung up on me. Please contact me immediately
