ADA Accommodations

Accessible Parking

The accessible parking spaces required by law are located in parking lots B, D, G, I, L, N, & P and are reserved for those properly holding and using a valid, state-issued disabled parking placard or license plate, whether or not the drivers have paid for preferred parking in any of those lots. Parking cashiers and attendants are happy to direct drivers of eligible vehicles to these areas. Accessible parking stalls are available on a first-come and first-served basis. Once full, fans will be directed to the nearest lot where standard parking stalls are still available.

Shuttle/Golf Cart Services

The Los Angeles Dodgers offer a courtesy shuttle that is reserved for our guests seeking mobility assistance. This shuttle operates from the various parking lots to the areas near the entry gates. In order to arrange for this service once you have parked, you may call the Dodger Hotline at (323) 224-2611 to have the shuttle dispatched to your location.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available on every level of the stadium. Guests may purchase tickets for accessible seating by clicking the “ADA Tickets” link at several places on our website, or by selecting “Yes, show me accessible seats.” on the right of any ticket selection webpage. Guests may also contact the Dodgers’ ticket office by calling 866-DODGERS ext. 8 with any specific ADA seating requirements.

All-Gender Restrooms

For the convenience of fans, all-gender neutral restrooms can be found at various locations throughout the ballpark:

  • Field Level – None on this level. Please refer to left and right pavilions or Loge level.
  • Loge Level – Sections 152 and 153
  • Suite Level – Across from Suite 211 and the Champions Lounge
  • Reserve Level – Sections 31 and 32
  • Top Deck – Between the Top of The Park store and the restrooms
  • Center Field – Left Pavilion and Right Pavilion

For fans seated on Field Level, the nearest locations are Left and Right Field Pavilion or Loge Level.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices for fans with hearing and/or visual disabilities are available for checkout at any Fan Services Station or you can call us at the Dodger Hotline: (323)224-2611. All assistive listening devices must be returned to Fan Services at the end of the game.

Closed Captioning

Closed Captioning can be viewed through the MLB Ballpark app free of charge. Download the application to your Android or Apple mobile device from the Google Play, Amazon, or App Store. Select Dodger Stadium and tap on the Closed Caption option. For guests that do not have a cell phone with internet capabilities, devices can be obtained by visiting any one of the Fan Services Stations located throughout the stadium or by calling the Dodger Hotline at: 323-224-2611, or text keyword LADFAN to 69050.. All devices must be returned to Fan Services at the end of the game.

Electrical Outlets

Drink rails on the Field, Loge, Pavilions, Reserve, and Top Deck all have electrical outlets for electrical recharging

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in all public areas of the stadium where the guest using the service animal may go. A service animal shall be under the control of its handler at all times. A service animal shall have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless either the handler is unable because of a disability to use a harness, leash, or other tether, or the use of a harness, leash, or other tether would interfere with the service animal´s safe, effective performance of work or tasks, in which case the service animal must be otherwise under the handler´s control (e.g., voice control, signals, or other effective means). Guests with service animals are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and for their appropriate behavior toward other guests and Dodger personnel at all times. A failure to do so may result in the animal’s removal from the stadium. The Dodgers are not responsible in any way for the care or supervision of a service animal. A qualified service animal must be a dog or a miniature horse. Emotional Support Animals are prohibited at Dodger Stadium.

Wheelchair Assistance

Accessible seating can be purchased by calling the Dodgers’ ticket office at 866-DODGERS or online at www.dodgers.com. Guest using wheelchairs who prefer to sit in non-accessible seating may check in and store their wheelchair or other mobility device by bringing them to designated areas on the Left and Right Field plazas on Field level, adjacent to the Fan Services Stations, or behind home plate on all other levels.

Escorts for those requiring wheelchair assistance are available inside the stadium from any gate on a first-come, first served basis by contacting any Security, Guest Services, or Fan Services team members.

Emergency Evacuation

The Los Angeles Dodgers have an emergency evacuation plan that meets the needs of guests with disabilities. If you have any questions or concerns about evacuation in the event of an emergency, please contact 866-DODGERS. When calling, please select your language, then press “7” to speak with a representative.

Reasonable Modifications of Policies, Practices and Procedures and Auxiliary Aids and Services

The Dodgers provide reasonable modifications of policies, practices and procedures, or auxiliary aids or services, upon request, where necessary to permit a guest with disability to have equal access to the game, the stadium or its goods and services, provided that doing so does not cause an undue hardship, fundamentally alter the goods or services provided or present a direct threat to the health or safety of any other guest or Dodger personnel. Guests requesting a reasonable modification or an auxiliary aid or service not regularly provided by the Dodgers are encouraged to contact 866-DODGERS ext. 7 at the earliest possible time before their visit to enhance the Dodgers’ ability to satisfy the request.

Sensory Inclusion

Sensory bags are available to both adults and children who may be at risk for sensory overload. These kits include noise cancelling headphones, a fidget toy, and other tools as calming mechanisms and can be checked out from any Fan Services Station. Sensory bags are property of the Los Angeles Dodgers and must be returned to Fan Services Station at the end of every game.
